Recipe: Squash Casserole (using crackers, eggs, and cheese)

Side Dishes - Vegetables
SQUASH CASSEROLE

3 lb. yellow squash, sliced
1 small bell pepper, chopped
oil
25 saltine crackers, crushed
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. season all salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a skillet saute squash and chopped pepper in oil until light brown.

Mix in remaining ingredients. Place in 13x9-inch inch baking dish

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

This isn't exactly what you're looking for but maybe you can experiment with it while you're waiting for the right one.
