Recipe(tried): Steak Marinade

This recipe is great and makes ANY cut of steak tender!

1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 inch piece of ginger, minced
salt
pepper

Marinade works best if you let the meat soak in it for
at least 4 hours. I like to put the marinade in a big
ziploc bag with the meat and squeeze the air out so the
meat is covered on all sides.
