Hi Mary, I am diabetic too. So are several others here. I found great recipes on the Splenda website They have a No Sugar Needed Strawberry Jam and a No Sugar Triple Berry Jam that are both great. Also, if you get a box of low sugar pectin, the pink box, there are lots of easy jelly and jam recipes there. With those recipes you can vary the amount of sweetner used. Personally, I prefer using Splenda cause you can use the bulk package where 1 cup sugar = 1 cup Splenda. Lee
