Recipe(tried): Stedda Chicken Salad

It's always great to hear of a new vegetarian. My husband and I have been veggies for 12 years now. It's hard at first, but once you get going it's a snap. Good Luck! Here's another tofu recipe for you. It's real easy and always good.

Stedda Chicken Salad Sandwiches

1 block firm tofu, drained & frozen
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 C mayo
1/4 C sweet pickle relish
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Thaw tofu and break into small pieces.
Mix w/all other ingredients.
Serve on your favorite toasted bread.
