Recipe: Sticky Pecan Treats (broiled, using English muffins)
Breakfast and BrunchSTICKY PECAN TREATS
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup light or dark corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 Thomas' Original (or your choice) English Muffins, split and toasted
In small bowl mix pecans, margarine, brown sugar, corn syrup and cinnamon. Spread on each muffin half.
Broil 6 inches from heat 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm.
Makes 8 servings
