Recipe: Strawberry and Onion Salad with Raspberry-Poppy Seed Dressing

Salads - Assorted
STRAWBERRY AND ONION SALAD WITH RASPBERRY-POPPY SEED DRESSING

Lettuce (combination of leaf, Bibb, Romaine)
Red onion rings, sliced thin
Strawberries, cut in half or sliced if large

DRESSING:
2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoons milk

Tear lettuce, amount desired, in small pieces. Combine with amount desired of onion rings and strawberries. About 15 minutes to 1/2 hour before serving, toss with dressing.

DRESSING:
Combine ingredients and refrigerate until serving.
