STRAWBERRY ANGEL DELIGHT
CRUST:
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup chopped pecans
FILLING:
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 (7oz.) jar marshmallow cream
16 oz. strawberries
1 cup heavy cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine crust ingredients and press into a 9-inch pan.
Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool.
Combine lemon juice and marshmallow cream. Stir in strawberries.
Whip heavy cream and fold into juice/marshmallow cream mixture.
Pour into crust and freeze.
