2 tsp rum extract
Glaze frosting
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp water*
1/2 tsp rum extract*

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 12 cup fluted tube pan. In a large bowl, combine the cake ingred. at low speed until moistened; beat 2 min. at highest speed. Pour into prepared pan. NOTES : Cook the cake according to pkg. direction time. Cool 10 min. in pan, then cool on wire rack. I put the glaze on while still a little warm.
* I ran out of rum extract so I didn't use water and just added real rum until the glaze was the consistency I wanted.
