Recipe(tried): SUNDAY DINNER AT OUR HOUSE
Misc. Today for lunch we had: Apricot Chicken, new green beans, new red potatoes, cornbread, macaroni and cheese, Vidalia onions, CLAUSSEN Pickles, sweet tea with lemon, and strawberry shortcake.
APRICOT CHICKEN
1 small bottle of French salad dressing (I used the light kind with honey)
1 8 oz. jar apricot/pineapple preserves
2 T. raspberry jam
1 envelope garlic mushroom soup mix
4-6 chicken breasts
1 T. chopped garlic
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all of the ingredients, except the chicken, together. Spray a 9X13" pan with PAM. Put the chicken into the pan and pour the salad dressing mixture over
it. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.Happy Sunday!
