Recipe(tried): Sweet-Sour Pot Roast

Sweet-Sour Pot Roast

4-5 pounds pot roast
2 tablespoons shortening
2 onions, sliced thin
1 cup apple cider vinigar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt

Place above ingriediants in heavy pan over low heat with lid on. Cook until roast is tender, and begins to fall apart (about 3 hours). To die for, and so very, very easy.
