Recipe: Very Special Peanut Butter Pie (using sweetened condensed milk and Cool Whip)

1 Oreo Readycrust (chocolate)
1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT Evaporated Milk)
1 1/4 cups of Creamy Peanut Butter
1 (12 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed, divided use
Hot Fudge Topping
In large bowl, using electric mixer, beat peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk until well incorporated. Add 3/4 of the cool Whip, beat slowly until incorporated. Don't overbeat!
Place in pie crust and even it out with a knife. Spread the rest of the Cool Whip over the top and Drizzle the hot fudge topping over that.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours before cutting.
