Hello There...

Just wanted to pass on this recipe for Tamales.
A good friend of mine wanted to make Tamales, but
she didn't want to spend alot of time on them. This
is the recipe she came up with. You can substitute
pork, chicken, etc...

Ground Chuck 1 onion
Corn Husks 2 cans enchilada sauce
4 c. masa 1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. salt 2 2/3 c. warm water;
chicken boullion cubed
added

Brown Chuck in skillet, add enchilada sauce and onion
to meat. Let cook until not to liquidy. (Use one or two cans
of sauce according to how much meat you have).

Mix masa, salt oil, and water together. Will appear
to be to much liquid in masa, but keep mixing and
it will absord into masa.

Pat out masa into corn husks. Fill with meat mixture and
roll. Steam for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
