Recipe(tried): Thanks for the Gingerbread House tips......

I've also been making gingerbread houses for many years. Several years ago I took
my cardbord patterns to the local welding shop, they made me some heavy duty
cutters with handles on them. That's been a big timsaver!

For the roof sometimes I use those Necco Wafers, I've used raspberry slices,
thinly sliced orange jelly slices (it's quite a job to cut them, but if that's what the customer wants...).

I like to use jelly spearmint leaves for shrubs and trees (stacked & trimed).

It's fun to check out the candy sections at the store to see what different ideas
you can come up with.
