Recipe(tried): Thanksgiving dinner for 25

I have done large T-- days and have found Island Valley Mashed potatoes ( little frozen buttons )are delicious add butter or sour cream or shredded onions and they are delicious - try them before the big day to see if you like them You can do in a microwave -I thaw them slighly so as to cut down on the microwave time Also I still put the stuffing in the bird after washing it very well and bake along with it an extra pan of stuffing- Then I mix the two together You can do the pan the night before and the potatoes and reheat I also buy extra turkey drumsticks/ and legs i have found that although everyone wants to help ,try to keep the # of people preparing the food to a minimum- if people are going to contrubte ask that they have it cooked before coming- keep a large cooler availbale with ice to keep foods cold until heating In general i do as much the night before as I can and have only to reheat Hope you find this helpful
