Recipe: Bill Jackson's hotdog chili

Toppings - Sauces and Gravies
My grandmother was from Washington, NC and knew someone who once worked at Bill's over 30 years ago. I know that the basis of the chili is day old bread, bacon grease, cayenne pepper powder and water. Can't get it right but still trying.
