Recipe(tried): The way I make my pizza dough thin is to ...

Pizza/Focaccia

use a VERY heavy rolling pin. I have a marble rolling pin (one of those Christmas gifts that you unwrap and are left there holding it wondering "What am I going to use this for?"). I have found that I will split the dough into balls like the "thin crust" recipes call for. Then I take this heavy rolling pin and roll it out SUPER thin. Carefully place it on a lightly sprayed pizza pan or cookie sheet and top with your favorite toppings. Cook it at about 350 degrees or so until the cheese melts, and the crust is lightly browned. Enjoy!
