Recipe(tried): Thin Crust Pizza

Pizza/Focaccia

Toni, I know this isn't what you're looking for, but this might be of interest to you also. The other night, I made a super simple, fast, easy pizza crust for one person or more. I got it off the net. It is unbelievably good, thin and crispy. Take 1-10 inch flour tortilla, and bake in the oven at 350 degrees on a cookie sheet for 2 to 4 min. until it starts to get crispy. Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheese on tortilla and top with another tortilla. Bake another 2 min. Remove from oven and smash with a spatula to "glue" the tortillas together. Add cooked toppings as desired and return to oven until toppings are hot and melted. I promise, this is an excellent thin and crispy crust that holds up when picking up slices. Enjoy! P.S. Make as many as you want as needed. Mima
