Recipe(tried): Tortilla Pizza
Pizza/FocacciaMima,
I thought I was the only one to discover that easy idea. I brush the tortilla very lightly with olive oil (stress very lightly, as it can becomes too greasy.) Then I top it with sauteed Italian sausage, cheese, tomatoes, onion slivers, etc. Anything that you like on your pizza. Bake in the oven at 375 or 400 for about 5 minutes or so and voila a light crispy pizza. My DH really like them this way, as he doesn't like a thick crust.
