Recipe(tried): This is a great recipe and so tasty! (re: Can of Beer Chicken)

Another way to use the beer can method is to empty the can about 1/2 out of beer...then add a cup of BBQ sauce (kind is your choice) to the can of beer and continue with the recipe you posted. I use only salt/pepper and a few spices when I do this with the BBQ sauce. Either way, it's a keeper!! Thanks for sharing!
