Title: Recipe(tried): 3 BEAN SALAD

THREE BEAN SALAD

1 LB. cut green beans
1 LB. yellow wax beans
1 LB. can red kidney beans
1/2 cup minced green pepper
1/2 cup minced red onion
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Day before: Drain beans; place in bowl. Add pepper
and onions. Mix oil and
vinegar with sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over bean
mixture. Mix well.
Refrigerate; cover until ready to serve.
