I have not tried this.
GRAPE HONEY
4 cups grapes
1/2 cup water
Wash grapes and remove stems. Place grapes in a pan with the water. Boil about 20 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
Strain off any remaining grape seeds and skins.
Store in sterilized jars and refrigerate.
