2 guarts chicken stock
3/4 large green pepper
1/2 med red onion
1 tsp garlic - chopped
2 tsp marjoram - whole leaf
1/2 med jumbo yellow onion
1 tsp cumin - ground
1 tsp coriander - ground
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
3/4 tsp chili powder
3 c tomatoes - diced
2 Tbs lime juice
1/4 c orange juice
2 Tbs teqyula
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c grated cheddar cheese
sour cream
Tortilla chips

Bring chicken stock to a simmer and add all other ingredinets except the cheese. Simmer for 15 minutes. Just before serving add cheese and melt. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and a few chips in each bowl. ENJOY!!
