Recipe: Peanut Butter Candy

PEANUT BUTTER CANDY

1(1 lb) box powdered sugar (retain some for rolling)
1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
peanut butter

Mix powdered sugar, margarine, milk, and vanilla together until stiff. Roll in powdered sugar and knead.

Roll out on a surface covered with powdered sugar into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick and spread peanut butter over top.

Roll up jelly-roll fashion. Seal edges and cut in slices (or wrap in plastic wrap or waxed paper and chill before slicing).
