Individual Tuna Casserole

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
3 1/4 Oz Can Tuna In Water
1/2 C Fresh Bread Crumbs
1 Tbsp Minced Onion
1/4 C Celery -- Minced
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise Or Cottage Cheese Or
Sour Cream Or Yogurt
1/8 Tsp Salt
Dash Pepper
1 Slice American Cheese

Drain tuna and flake into 3 c. bowl. Blend in bread, celery, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Pour tuna mixture into lightly greased 1 1/2 c. baking dish and top with cheese. Bake 325 for 20 minutes.

NOTES : Substitute salmon for tuna.
Substitue leftover cooked fish for tuna.
