PIZZA POTATOES
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Half fill a large roasting pan with:
raw sliced potatoes.
Add:
3 to 4 lbs. browned hamburger
2 large onions, chopped fine
Top with:
2 quarts drained tomato chunks
salt and pepper to taste
Bring to boil:
1 quart tomato juice
1 can condensed cream of tomato soup
1 cup catsup
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Add and cook until thickened:
1/2 cup water
2 1/2 Tablespoons cornstarch
Pour over contents in roaster. Top with:
cheese (Velveeta is good)
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
