Recipe(tried): Turkey and Stuffing Sandwich

Sandwiches
Tav,I have just discovered this recipe exchange and love it already! I have had this sandwich at a restaurant in NH. Theirs is made in a pita pocket filled with mayo, leaf lettuce, sliced turkey, a slice of dressing and a slice of canned cranberry sauce. I have had success using Stovetop stuffing mix. I make it according to the recipe and then place a small amount in a piece of plastic wrap. Gather up the corners to squeeze the stuffing into a ball and then flatten it out into the shape of a round patty. It will hold its shape to insert into the sandwich.Antother of my favorite turkey sandwiches is one I had in SanFrancisco. On a Big sandwich roll place mayo, sliced turkey, leaf lettuce, and a spoonful of cranberry-orange relish. Wonderful after Thanksgiving and anytime!
