Recipe(tried): Turkey Soup (crock pot)

I clean the meat off of the turkey carcass and break the backbone etc to fit into my crockpot. Cover it with water and set it on low for about 10hours or overnight. The next morning I pour all through a strainer and into a clean bowl and leave in the fridge until I can lift the fat off of the broth. Then I proceed to make the turkey soup with some leftover goodies in the refrigerator. It makes a lovely broth and seems to be the favorite - leftovers!
