Recipe(tried): Using up Milk - Louise/Mass

If you have plenty of freezer space, why not mix the filling for pies, (chocolate, banana, coconut, etc) and freeze them. When ready to bake, thaw and cook. You could also mix the eggs and milk for cakes and freeze. This I have done when cooking for a crowd, and a means of saving too many eggs purchased. Hope this helps.
