ISO: using up milk

Misc.
I'm looking for any recipes--baking, main dish, good to freeze--to use up 2 gallons of milk rather than let them go to waste. We have a weekly bake sale for fundraising so anything using 2 cups or more per recipe would be ideal.
Thanks for your help. -Louise
