Recipe: Very Easy Texas Caviar

Appetizers and Snacks

Texas Caviar

Serves 8 to 10 as an appetizer



14 oz. can black-eyed peas
2 cups salsa, or to taste
1 bunch green onions including tops, fmely chopped

Drain peas. Combine all ingredients, cover, and let flavors meld for several hours.
