Recipe(tried): Wacky Cake

Wacky Cake:
Sift together: 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 3 Tbs. cocoa,1 tsp. baking soda, and 1/2 tsp. salt. Place in a 9inch square pan. Make 3 holes in the flour mixture and pour 6 Tbs. vegetable oil in one hole, 1 Tbs. vinegar into second hole, and 1 tsp. vanilla into third hole. Pour 1 cup cold water over all and mix by hand with a fork until well blended. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. This can be doubled and put in a 13x9 inch pan.
