Recipe(tried): Wacky Walnut Spice Cake

Misc.

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
5 Tbsp salad oil
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. cold water

Combine dry ingredients in ungreased 8 in. cake pan.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well with a fork.
Bake at 350* for 30 min.
