WACKY CAKE

This cake is very moist. It is like a cross between a fudgy cake and a brownie. Great when topped with Cool Whip (could use fat free of that too).

1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
6 Tbsp. applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup cold water
1 Tbsp. vinegar

Put all your dry ingredients in a bowl and kinda mix them together with a fork.

Add the applesauce, vanilla, and 1 cup cold water. Stir until well blended (make sure that you don't have any clumps of flour). Then add the vinegar, and stir til it is mixed in good.

Pour into a Pam sprayed pan (9x13-inch gives you about 1/2-inch thick cake slices).

Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 25 minutes (or til tests done).
