Recipe: Walking Taco

Misc.
On doing a web search I found several recipes. It looks like you can mix up anything you like in your tacos and add a scoop to a small bag of chips. Here's 2 recipes I found, the second one is (I think) what you're looking for. Included the first one so you could see the variety that could be added.

WALKING TACO

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (16 oz) can refried beans
1 small can chopped or diced black olives
1 small can chopped chilies
8 oz. guacamole
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup chopped green onions
garlic powder
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup grated cheese

Layer all, starting with beef. Serve with tortilla chips. SUBMITTED BY DENISE B.

The recipe has been around forever - you won't believe how easy it is to make.Ingredients:

Taco seasoning package
Lettuce
Tomato (diced)
Cheese (shredded)
Onions (diced)

Brown meat following directions on taco seasoning package.
Mix chopped tomato, lettuce, onion and cheese with beef in your Frito bags
(crush Fritos a little first) and Viola! - The Walking Taco.
