Michael Jordan's Macaroni and Cheese is awesome! Yes, it is time consuming to prepare but well worth the effort. Of course I had no idea what blond roux was so I looked it up. A non-stick pan is essential for the roux preparation. I tripled the recipe and served it at my church's monthly fellowship dinner. Big Hit! However, this recipe is not for children as they are accustomed to devouring the cheddar cheese macaroni version. The different cheeses in this recipe cater more to an adult taste. I absolutely loved it! The melding of all of the ingredients was incredible. Michael Jordan has an exceptional recipe that I will be making regularly!
