WEDDING CAKE MARTINI (NOT Carrabba's)
Source: Martiniart.com
1/2 ounce Absolut vodka
3 ounces Amaretto
1/2 ounce orange juice
1/2 ounce pineapple juice
1 tablespoon heavy cream
Pour the liquid ingredients into a shaker 1/2 full of cracked ice (except the heavy cream)
Shake, shake, shake for a minute
Allow your shaker to stand for a full minute
Strain your martini cocktail into 2 freezing martini glasses
Top each glass with 1/2 of the heavy cream
I think this is the closest substituting creme de cocoa for the amaretto (playing with the amounts to your taste.)

Vodka, vanilla 1/2 oz.
Pineapple Juice 1 oz.
Glass to Use: Cocktail glass
Mixing Instructions
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into glass, top with a cherry.
