Recipe: Weight Watchers Mulligatawny (serves 1) - Information for Bill.

Soups
Bill: Here is what I found in the Weight Watchers International Cookbook, 1977, P. 167, is the following:

MULLIGATAWNY

1/4 cup diced celery
1/2 medium green pepper minced
1/2 tsp dehydrated onion flakes
1 cup chicken or onion bouillon, divided use
1/2 to 1 tsp curry powder or to taste
1 medium tomato, cut in eights
1/8 tsp ground cardamom.

In saucepan cook celery, pepper, and onion in 1/4 cup chicken or onion bouillon over low heat until tender, about 5 minutes.

Stir in curry. Add tomatoes, cardamom, and remaining bouillon. Cook 15 minutes.

Serve hot.

Makes 1 serving.

I don't think this is the one you are looking for. Could you give another reference?
