Recipe: Western Breakfast Bread (using strawberries, blueberries, and walnuts)

WESTERN BREAKFAST BREAD

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 cups sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
2 pkgs. (10 oz each) frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen blueberries, thawed
1 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 2 (8x4-inch) loaf pans.

In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and sugar and mix thoroughly. Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Pour the eggs and oil into the well and stir until well combined. Add strawberries, blueberries and walnuts. Mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture into prepared loaf pans.

Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour or until loaves test done.
