Recipe(tried): White Cheese Queso Dip

I have never heard of Taco Mac's, but this is a really good recipe!

White Cheese Queso Dip

1 cup of shredded monterey jack cheese
4 oz can of chopped green chili's dranied
1/4 cup Half & Half
2 Tbsp onion, firmly chopped
1 tsp cumin, ground
1/2 tsp salt

heat all over low heat, stirring constantly until cheese is melted...Serve with tortilla chips.
Makes 1 1/4 cups dip
