Recipe: White Chocolate Lemon Brittle (microwave)

Desserts - Candy, Chocolate
WHITE CHOCOLATE LEMON BRITTLE

1/2 pound white chocolate or vanilla flavored almond bark
15 lemon drop candies

Line a cookie sheet with wax paper; set aside.

Place unwrapped candy in a small plastic bag and crush until coarse. A small hammer or rolling pin works well for this. Set aside.

In a medium sized mixing bowl, melt chocolate on high in the microwave for one minute. Stir. Return to microwave for one minute on medium high. Stir until blended and smooth.

Add candy and mix well. Pour onto prepared cookie sheet. Refrigerate for one hour, until firm.

Break into pieces.
