Recipe(tried): World's Best Pimento Cheese Variation

For Patty and others who are looking for a more spreadable "World's Best Pimento
Cheeese" which was posted by Terry 1/21/99, I finally got around to increasing
the mayo to 1/2 cup, and decreasing the cheese to 1 cup. IT worked very nicely
to make a smoother, more spreadable finished product which tastes just about the
same as the original.
