MOM'S PIMENTO CHEESE
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 lb. American or mild cheddar cheese -- grated
1 small jar pimento -- chopped
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish & juice
2 cups Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise
Grate cheese. Add other ingredients and mix well.
Let it come to room temperate and stir briskly to blend well.
** I like to mix with mixer to make it really creamy.
Some people add grated onion, chopped boiled eggs, or hot sauce.
