Yeast Free Cheese and Onion Bread

6 oz self raising flour
half tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
1 medium potato (about 6 oz) grated

3-4 spring onions/scallions chopped
1 tsp thyme
1 whole small goats cheese, peeled and cubed
or whatever cheese you like
1 egg

2 tbs milk
1 tsp grain mustard

sift the flour salt and cayenne together.
Add the grated potato and mix well.
Add in the onions, three quarters of the cheese, thyme and mix well.
Mix together the egg, milk and mustard and add to the dough. It is meant to be
a sticky dough. Do not knead it!

Pile onto a greased baking sheet and bake at 190C/375F/Gas 5 for about 40
minutes.

Hope this helps! Also you can use Bisquick to make a really good pizza base -
and last time I checked there was no yeast in Bisquick!
