LOW FAT SPICY YOGURT DRESSING
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
Dash of ground red pepper (cayenne)
Dash of cardamom
1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add first 8 ingredients. Top with cover, and process until smooth.
Pour mixture into small bowl; stir in cilantro.
Serve over thinly sliced cucumbers, avocados or tomatoes.
Makes 1 1/3 cups (15 calories per tablespoon)
