YOGURT FLUFF
3/4 cup boiling water
1 (4-serving size) pkg sugar-free cherry Jello
1/3 cup cold water
ice cubes
1 (8 oz) container low fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla
Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
Mix cold water and ice to make 1 cup. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any remaining ice.
Stir in yogurt and vanilla. Pour into dessert dishes. Refrigerate 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until firm.
