Your Yule Log could be garnished with edible Holly.

These are fun to look at and sweet, but you
need to work fast because they are quick to
become firm.

Holly Cookies

Ingredients-----

1/2 cup margarine
30 large marshmallows
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoons green food coloring
3 1/2 cups corn flakes
1 ounce red hot candies

Melt margarine with marshmallows in
saucepan, stirring to mix well; remove
from heat. stir in vanilla and food
coloring. Add corn flakes; mix
gently with a wooden spoon.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.

The can be dropped into small cookies or
made into wreath shapes (using greased
fingers).

Press cinnamon candies onto wreaths while
still warm.

Let stand for several hours or until cool.

Makes approximately 24 wreaths. You can get
50+ cookies from this recipe, depending
upon the size of each cookie.
