Recipe: Zippy Ham and Cheese Spread (Carnation, 1965)

Sandwiches
ZIPPY HAM AND CHEESE SPREAD

1/2 pound grated cheese
1/2 cup deviled ham
1/4 cup undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk
1/4 cup pickle relish
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
bread slices
lettuce

Mix grated cheese with deviled ham, evaporated milk, pickle relish and mustard together.

Spread over bread slices, top with lettuce and a second bread slice.

Makes about 2 1/4 cups of spread
