ISO: apple pie squares

Misc.

I don't make a very good pie crust and was wondering if anyone has ever made apple pie squares, with a fold out store pie crust and if so, how would you make the apple pie squares in a 10x15 cookie sheet? And if you have a good filling I can use that also. I sure got more than enough apples. As a matter of fact, I am looking for a lot of apple recipes.
At my 60 some years of cooking---I am still willing to learn.
ALL HAVE A GREAT DAY.
