ISO: Applebee's Chocolate Mocha Martini

Misc.
I recently saw referenced drink made from Godiva Chocolate liqueur, Starbuck's Coffee Liqueur, and Stoli's Vanil Vodka. Does anyone know the ratio of each? It sounds yummie! This is all mixed cold, poured into a glass with chocolate syrup, and dusted with cocoa. I plan to use Kahlua in lieu of Starbuck's stuff.
