ISO: Applebee's Fiesta Chicken, aka Tequila Lime Chicken

I'm crazy about Applebee's Fiesta Chicken, it used to be called Tequila Lime Chicken, but the name was changed last year. It is a chicken breast resting on crisp colored tortilla strips,with some kind of spicy sauce,smothered with cheese, and pico sauce on the side.
